Return Policy
We can only accept returns due to misprinted/damaged/defective items done by manufacturer or lost in transit.
We do not accept due to:
- Missordering
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please reach out at support@dillointeractive.com with the subject line of your order number and we will get to you at our earliest convenience.
All printing and shipping is done by a third party vendor, please give it time to complete your order and to ship to you. estimated times can be anywhere from 5-7 business days.
